The Project Oversight Guide (POG) manuscript has finished undergoing five rounds of rigorous professional editing.  In the process each chapter now has both an introduction and final summary along with a section called "Key Takeaways". We also added a glossary of terms and definitions at the end.  These editions will make it easier for oversight practitioners to quickly gain key insights within the 400+ pages of the POG.  

The next steps before the book will be available to the public are typesetting the manuscript, finalizing the Galley Proof, and commercial printing. So, look for the POG in bookstores, on Amazon.com, or on Universal Publishers' website in early January 2021.
